  • A teacher’s evaluation sheet – teacher will need 1 for each member of class – fill in name of student on each sheet before coming to the class
  • A copy of the self-evaluation sheet – one for each pupil

  • Plan your own answers to the questions you will ask the children to prompt them and retain focus.
